CPC D1 Minibus Course (by Test)

The CPC D1 Minibus training package is a professional driver course  and can take between 9-12 months to complete.

This intensive training program takes a modular format comprising classroom sessions, vehicle familiarisation and on the road training with instructors. Upon completion of this course successful candiadtes will have obtained a professional driving qualification.

MIDAS Training

MiDAS is the Minibus Driver Awareness scheme, overseen by the Community Transport Association U.K. (CTA) which promotes a nationally recognised standard for the assessment and training of minibus drivers. DART is a recognised MIDAS training centre for a range of courses designed to enhance safe minibus driving standards and promote the safer operation of minibuses.

Safety Courses

MIDAS 5 Steps to Safety training teaches practical skills to avoid vehicle fires and learn what to do in order to safely evacuate passengers if a fire does break out. 5 Steps to Safety uses classroom based and practical training and covers how to recognise the common causes of fire, how to reduce the risk of vehicle fires, when and how to use a fire extinguisher, and how to safely evacuate a vehicle using the five steps to safety.
